ALL COSTS LISTED WHEN CHECKING OUT MAY BE STATED IN CANADIAN CURRENCY, EVEN THOUGH YOU SHOPPED THE SITE WITH USD$ SELECTED. THE EXCHANGE RATE WILL BE CURRENT AND SUBJECT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER RATES.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout through Shopify. We also offer $15 CDN (approximately $10.50 - $12 USD, due to currency fluctuations) flat rate as a choice, because we know shipping can be really expensive for heavier items. You can choose this option, if your calculated shipping cost is higher. We cannot reimburse shipping costs if you click the wrong button though, so please choose carefully and double check. before completing order.
- Orders from the USA over $150 CAD* (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free shipping. *approximately $110-$120 USD.
- You can also choose Expedited shipping for $20 CAD*, if you would like to receive it sooner. *approximately $15 USD
- Please be aware that orders to the USA may be subject to duties and taxes. All duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.

3) How long will my order take?
Please be aware that orders may take longer due to the pandemic staffing shortages and natural disasters. This is out of our hands. Thank you so much for your understanding. Tracking information is included in all our methods of shipping.

- EXPEDITED PARCEL- 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
- These are approximated and are not guaranteed.
- Overall shipping can take 7-30 days depending on location and country. 7-14 is typical, but not guaranteed.
- Please allow for extra time during holidays as we can not guarantee shipping times.
4) What is your overall shipping policy?
- All items are shipped from Langford, BC.
- Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and we will send an email confirming your order is ready and is being shipped with your tracking information.
- WLB is not responsible for packages where the delivery address was incorrectly provided, please review your confirmation order email and advise me of any changes to address immediately as we fulfill orders quickly and may ship out that day. You will be charged for additional shipping, if we need to send the order to you again.
- WLB cannot guarantee delivery date, when shipping, but approximate delivery dates are listed above. So please order with ample time, especially during the holiday season.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- WLB is not responsible for lost in the mail, unclaimed, or stolen packages.
- If you have taken advantage of free shipping or delivery and need to return the item, you will be responsible for shipping costs on the return.
