Shipping Rates
- Shipping is calculated at checkout through Shopify. We also offer $15 CDN (approximately $10.50 - $12 USD, due to currency fluctuations) flat rate as a choice, because we know shipping can be really expensive for heavier items. You can choose this option, if your calculated shipping cost is higher. We cannot reimburse shipping costs if you click the wrong button though, so please choose carefully and double check. before completing order.
- Orders from the USA over $150 CAD* (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free shipping. *approximately $110-$120 USD.
- You can also choose Expedited shipping for $20 CAD*, if you would like to receive it sooner. *approximately $15 USD
- Please be aware that orders to the USA may be subject to duties and taxes. All duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.

1) Do you offer local delivery?
- Yes!! If you live in the Greater Victoria, BC, Area, we offer free local delivery!
- This includes the following: Sooke, Langford, Colwood, Metchosin, View Royal, Esquimalt, Brentwood Bay, Victoria, Saanich, and Sidney. (Within 25 km of our location) If you are unsure if your address is within our free local delivery radius, please contact us at: info@wolflambandthebabe.com. We also have playground pickup on certain days (Typically Wednesdays or weekends). Take babe out to play and get cute clothes, WIN WIN! Contact us with any questions.
- If you accidentally choose free delivery and end up not being in our delivery radius, your order will be held until we determine if you would like to pick up your order or be charged for shipping. If we can not reach you for an answer within 3 days we will cancel your order, money refunded, and your items will be placed back on the site. Please verify with us if you are unsure if you are in the delivery radius!
- Please be aware that delivery times are not exact. Your order will be prepared in 1-3 business days and a confirmation ready for delivery email will be sent to you. An email or text will be sent to you detailing the day and approximate time that your order will be delivered.
- Contactless delivery: We will send you a text before delivery, at which time you can specify a preferred location (i.e. front step, behind chair, etc.), and we will give you an estimated drop off time. After delivery, you will receive a text to confirm delivery!
- COVID-19!! We take all precautions to protect you and your family during this time. Sanitization before, during, and after all orders being packed, stored in a separate container in trunk during delivery, and sanitized hands before delivery with mask on.

Return Policy
1) Do you accept returns?
- Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 14 days of delivery of the item.
- Please email sales@wolflambandthebabe.com to initiate a return. All returns must be approved by WLB before being sent back.
- All items returned should be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and still have the tags still on.
- The return postage is to be paid by the returner.
- Proof of postage and tracking should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
- We suggest choosing a tracked package, as WLB is not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing packages.
- Once the item has been received, inspected, and accepted, we will issue a refund for the item minus shipping costs. If you had received free shipping with your order, the refund will be the total of the returned item less the shipping cost that had been previously covered by us.
- Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or missing tags will not be refunded, nor will they be returned to the sender.
- **Promotional/sale items/swimwear/undergarments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2) Do you accept exchanges?
- Provided that the returned item is unopened, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags still on, exchanges are possible, but it is subject to availability. We may not have the size that you need to exchange for due to our products being small batch. At that point you can exchange for another item of equal value or we will turn it into a return instead.
- Exchanges are available up to 14 days after the purchase of product.
- We carry limited quantities of each item, so we will only be able to exchange an item if it is in stock.
- Please send us a message at sales@wolflambandthebabe.com with your order number and details of what you would like to exchange prior to shipping item. We will hold the item you need to exchange for for a limited time, once the exchange has been accepted.
- Once the exchange is accepted, email us the proof of postage and tracking number. We recommend using tracked shipping, because WLB is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
- Return shipping costs and subsequent shipping charges for the exchange are at the cost of the customer.
- Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or missing tags will not be refunded, nor will they be returned to the sender.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale, discount, promotional, accessories, swimwear, and undergarment items are final sale.
3) What if my order is wrong or is damaged?
- We try our very best to ensure your order is correct and amazing before we ship it out, but we are only human and extremely tired moms, so in the event of an error by Wolf, Lamb, and the Babe, refunds will be processed.
4) How long do refunds take?
- Please allow time for the refund to come through and show. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. It is dependent on different banks, credit companies, etc and their differing time frames (Refunds may take up to 14 business days) If you have contacted them first and still don't see your refund, please contact us at sales@wolflambandthebabe.com.
5) I have changed my mind about my item, what do I do?
- We fulfill orders very quickly to avoid delays in the shipping process. If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we may be able to stop the order. Unfortunately, if it's already been packed and left the store, the order is uneditable. At this point, you will have to follow our return policy to return any unwanted items.

Info
1) Where do I find the size guide?
Our size guide is located at the bottom of all pages. Within each individual product description, we have stated whether the item runs true to size, small, or oversized to help with your selection. If you require more specific measurements or have any questions concerning fit, please contact us through our messenger button or email us at info@wolflambandthebabe.com and we would love to help you choose the best size.
2) You don't have my child's size. Will you be restocking?
We do carry small stock, specialty items. Some items may not be restocked, as it was a seasonal collection from one of our brands. Other items may not be available until next year or not at all. If you would like to be notified if we do restock, click our restock notification button on the item that you love and we will let you know when we do!

1) How do I contact Wolf, Lamb, and the Babe?

2) How can I track my item(s)?
Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website.
3) How long does shipping take?
Shipping may take anywhere between 7-21 working days, depending on your location and country.
4) Why is my package missing some items?
We go through every effort to ensure your order is perfect, but sometimes mom life is exhausting and we've lost our minds. In the rare event that this happens, please let us know if you have been charged for an item that was not shipped so we can remedy it!
If it is a large order, it may have been shipped in multiple shipments. Please refer to your tracking numbers sent to your email.

5) Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are delivered by your local postal service in your location, but all orders are shipped through Canada Post and then transferred to their affiliated partners in your country, such as USPS in the USA.
6) Where do you ship from?
We ship all of our orders from Langford, British Columbia, Canada.
7) Can I change my address after receiving confirmation of shipping?
Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
8) Do you ship to the USA?
We absolutely do! We could never forget about our lovely friends south of the border. You're way too cute to stay away from! Check out our USA specific shipping policy for any info you need. Please contact us if you have any questions!
Are you located somewhere other than North America? Don't worry, my beautiful friend, we are also looking into shipping to our lovely friends across the sea. So stay tuned!!
Import Taxes & Duties
1) Will I be charged with import duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This varies by country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Wolf, Lamb, and the Babe cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. The buyer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
If you don't pay the duties (if applicable), we can't get your adorable clothes to you! Unfortunately, it also means that the package might get destroyed or they ship it back. Any refunds will be less the costs that we have incurred from shipping and/or the loss of products. Please contact us if you have any questions!
